Oneida is one of the world’s largest designers and sellers of tabletop products. The brand is a staple in fine dining establishments, family restaurants, and hotels. Oneida offers a quality assortment of flatware, dinnerware, hollowware, and banquetware.

Ameridan was engaged by Monomoy Capital Partners LP to conduct customer and market diligence. Monomoy was especially interested in diligencing: (1) evolving industry dynamics and Oneida’s market position; (2) the status of Oneida’s relationships with its main customers and channel partners; (3) equity in the company’s brand portfolio; and (4) the stickiness inherent in Oneida’s revenue stream.
