Ameridan was engaged by a private equity group to perform market diligence. The scope of the project was focused on three key areas:
- An assessment of what manufacturers view as the value proposition of a rigid packaging distributor and their openness to exclusive arrangements with distributors in specified territories;
- An assessment of what target customers view as the value proposition of a packaging distributor;
- Market views regarding the target company’s service levels, competitive position, and management team.
