Situation:
The Ruscoe Company is a privately-held manufacturer of adhesives and sealants focused primarily on non-structural applications in the industrial and construction markets. Its products are sold through home improvement retailers and building products distributors, as well as directly to industrial customers.
Ameridan’s Role:
A family-office was evaluating a potential acquisition of the company and engaged Ameridan to conduct customer calls prior to closing. Our structured interviews focused on perceptions of the Company relative to the competition, the outlook for adhesives and sealants in their markets, the near-term business outlook, and other critical issues.
