The ContMid Group consists of six TS-16949/ISO 14001 and A2LA certified locations, primarily serving the US automotive industry.
The company offers a comprehensive product line that includes both standard and custom designed: bolts/studs, pins, bushings, nuts, shafts, rivets (tubular & non-tubular) stampings/door strikers, wheel nuts, and other specialty cold formed/machined or stamped steel parts and assemblies. In addition to automotive applications, the company’s products are also used in agricultural, building/consumer, and industrial market sectors worldwide.
Ameridan’s Role:
Ameridan was engaged by a leading private equity group to conduct market and customer diligence. The engagement focused on assessing: (1) the strength of ContMid’s key customer relationships; (2) customer perceptions of the company’s quality, service, engineering capabilities, and other key attributes; and (3) ContMid’s competitive position and differentiation in the marketplace.
