Amerida was engaged by a private equity group in North America to conduct market and customer diligence. Our work focused on: (1) the strength of Katun’s market position and customer relationships; (2) customers’ views of Katun’s brand, quality and service levels; and (3) industry dynamics and the potential effects on Katun’s value proposition.
