Prior to Ameridan, Carl led the M&A effort as VP Corporate Development at Standard Microsystems Corp.

Norman E. Gottschalk Jr. is the former president & CEO of Marmon Distribution Services, a multinational distributor and processor of specialty metal products. Norm has been a leader figure in the metal distribution industry for many years. He has been president of the Metal Service Center Institute (“MSCI”), chairman of the Association of Steel Pipe Distributors (“ASD”), and chairman of the MSCI Policy and Planning Committee. He is currently a member of the board of directors for MSCI and is on the editorial board of Forward magazine, the leading trade publication in the metal service center industry.

Ravi Madhavan is Professor of Business Administration and the Alcoa Foundation International Faculty Fellow at the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business. His research and teaching interests focus on the Recombinant Enterprise in a Networked World: Alliances, M&A and Networks as drivers of enterprise evolution. Prior to getting his PhD, he spent eight years as a manager in the information technology industry, gaining experience in consulting, executive education, and marketing.

Tim Kearney is a former Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns & Co., where he led the Emerging Markets Research Team. His team was recognized six times by Institutional Investor as one of the top Latin American Economic Research teams in the world. Dr. Kearney was also a fixed income analyst and portfolio manager at both Prudential and Fidelity Investments.
