Situation:

Lapham Hickey Steel is a leading privately-held steel service center operating seven warehousing/processing locations.  The company markets a wide line of metal products including flat rolled steel, plate, bar, pipe, and structural steel products.  Services include sawing, leveling, slitting, shearing, laser cutting, and shot blasting.

Ameridan’s Role:

Ameridan has been engaged by the company on several occasions between 2005 and 2012.  Ameridan has provided the company with a variety of acquisition advisory services including acquisition search, transaction initiation, target valuation, and transaction structuring.
