Permasteelisa, headquartered in Treviso, Italy, is a global leader in the design, manufacture, and installation of curtain walls and other advanced façade technologies. The Company, with annual sales of $1.2 billion, has completed over 3,500 projects across 30 countries.

Ameridan’s Role:

Ameridan was engaged by a leading US-based private equity group to perform market & customer diligence. The scope of the project included:

• Market mapping and medium-term demand outlook including the size of the addressable curtain wall market, characteristics and size of the various market segments, industry trends, and demand drivers;

• Competitive landscape/dynamics including market share by segment, competitive strengths/weaknesses, and forces that are changing the competitive dynamic;

• Market/customer views of key buying factors and the Company’s performance relative to these factors.

As part of this diligence project, Ameridan conducted scores of interviews with customers, competitors, and other market participants. Interviews were conducted in three languages with market participants located in over ten major countries across the globe.
