Recovery Logistics (RLI) is a full-service provider of mission-critical business continuity and disaster recovery services for power utility, telecommunications, and government clients in the U.S. The Company offers a comprehensive suite of services that provide temporary housing and basecamp infrastructure for crews responding to large-scale disasters.

Ameridan's customer and market diligence efforts included:

• A mapping of the US markets for the services provided by RLI including market demand by segment, historical and future growth trends, and market cycles;
• The US competitive landscape, including RLI’s market position and competitive dynamics;
• Factors that affect customer stickiness (and the recurring nature of revenue) including past performance, the perceived value/uniqueness of RLI’s  capabilities, and other factors;
• Market/customer perceptions of RLI, including views regarding service quality, overall capability,
  competitiveness, management, etc.

The transaction closed in August 2024.
