Situation:

ESCO Plastics is a urethane molding supplier and manufacturer of custom cast polyurethanes, including open-cast goods, urethane rollers, urethane sheet, open-cast urethane molded products, and compression molded parts.

Ameridan’s Role:

As part of its due-diligence efforts, Ameridan was engaged by a potential buyer to obtain customer feedback regarding perceptions of ESCO relative to the competition, product quality, service levels, the near term business outlook, and other issues.

Ameridan interviewed customers representing the largest revenue customers (70% of total sales) and received feedback on supplier relationships, vendor selection processes, competitors, market opportunities and other important diligence criteria.

The transaction closed in June 2025.
