Situation:

Founded in 1978 and based in Savage MN, Stealth Manufacturing produces atmospheric burner tubes, pan burners, and burner-related parts that serve as critical components primarily for the hearth and commercial cooking equipment end markets.

Ameridan’s Role:

Ameridan was engaged by private equity to obtain customer feedback regarding perceptions of the Company relative to the competition, the near-term business outlook, and other issues.

The transaction closed in April 2023.
