Founded in 1879, Parker & Bailey is a distinguished manufacturer of specialty household cleaners, premium woodcare products, and other furniture care accessories. The Company's traditional formulas, such as Kitchen Cabinet Cream, Furniture Cream, and Lemon Oil Polish, have been  tried and tested for over a hundred years and have a dedicated following among furniture restorers and antique experts alike.

Ameridan’s Role:

As part of a due-diligence effort, Ameridan was asked to obtain unbiased customer feedback regarding perceptions of the Company relative to the competition, product quality, service levels, the near-term business outlook, and other issues.

Ameridan interviewed the top customers that represented most of the Company's revenues and received feedback on supplier relationships, vendor selection processes, competitors, market opportunities and other important diligence criteria.

The transaction was closed in March 2024.
