Situation:

National Electronic Alloys is a specialty metal processor and distributor serving a variety of industries including aerospace, telecommunications, semiconductors, and defense.

Ameridan’s Role:

An investor group was considering an acquisition of the firm. As part of its due-diligence efforts, the investor group engaged Ameridan to ascertain customer feedback regarding perceptions of the Company relative to the competition, the near-term business outlook, and other issues.

The transaction closed in June, 2022.
