• The US competitive landscape, including Qualtek Wireless' market position and competitive dynamics;
• Factors that affect customer stickiness (and the recurring nature of revenue) including past performance, the perceived value/uniqueness of Qualtek's capabilities, and other factors;
• Market/customer perceptions of Qualtek, including views regarding service quality, overall capability, competitiveness, management, etc.
